What is the max AC output of Anker SOLIX F3800?+-
The AC output ports can deliver a maximum of 6,000W to connected devices.
Is the Anker SOLIX F3800 compatible with my home's transfer switch?+-
Yes, just connect the appropriate cable that matches the voltage of your transfer switch. For 120V, use a NEMA 5-20 cable. For 240V, use either a NEMA 14-50 or L14-30 cable, depending on your outlet.
Can I still use the 120V ports when Anker SOLIX F3800 is connected to the transfer switch?+-
Yes, the AC output ports can still be used.
Can I use the Anker SOLIX BP3800 Expansion Battery separately?+-
The expansion battery cannot be used separately. It must be connected to the power station to charge or discharge and to monitor its status via the Anker app.
When charging a device, will the power in the external battery be used first?+-
Both the expansion battery and Anker SOLIX F3800 will gradually equalize their power levels. When outputting power, a balanced discharge is achieved based on both devices' power levels. This setup is designed to maximize product lifespan.
How should I store and maintain the power station and expansion battery?+-
- Turn off all outputs.
- Store them in a cool and dry place.
- Ensure the temperature is between 32°F-104°F (0°C-40°C).
- Check the batteries each week. If it's below 30%, fully charge.
- Charge both devices to 100% every 3 months.
How do I charge my electric vehicle?+-
Double-press the 240V power switch to activate EV mode charging, then you can recharge your EV.

When Anker SOLIX F3800 is connected to expansion batteries, the power of all devices will automatically balance. This ensures stable battery health. It's normal for the power levels to change in Anker SOLIX F3800 and expansion batteries, too.

What should I do when using a solar charger to charge Anker SOLIX F3800?+-
The solar input supports an 11-60V solar charger with an XT-60 connector. If you use an 11-32V solar charger, the current supports 10A max. When you use a 32-60V solar charger, the current supports 25A max.
Why is the power station not working after it hasn't been used for a long time?+-
If the power station is stored at a low capacity for a long time, lithium batteries will self-consume power which may lead to a quick discharge. This leads to poor conductivity and a reduced battery lifespan, resulting in poor battery performance.
How should I store and maintain the power station?+-
To store your portable power station, make sure you have:

In UPS mode, does the 240V ports work?+-
In UPS mode, only the three 120V ports labeled "UPS" are operational; the 240V ports do not function.
